Privacy
What we collect, what we do with it, and what we do not. Marked for Adam to have checked before launch.
1. The short version
When you send an enquiry, nothing is stored. Your details go straight to Adam's inbox, and you'll hear back with a fixed quote for the size of your app. We do not build a database of you, and we do not sell or share your details.
2. What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, your email, a description of the app, which offer you're after, and anything else you add. We do not collect anything else from the form.
3. What we do with it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry with a fixed quote for the size of your app, and to carry out the shakedown you book. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not share them with anyone except to deliver the service you asked for.
4. The contact form and reCAPTCHA
The contact form is protected by reCAPTCHA v3, which helps stop automated spam. reCAPTCHA is provided by Google; when the form is submitted, a token is verified so that only genuine enquiries reach Adam's inbox. Google's own privacy policy describes how reCAPTCHA handles data.
5. Analytics
We use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand which pages help a founder decide. It records which pages you visit and which buttons and forms you use. It does not record what you type into the contact form, and it does not build a profile of you. We do not follow you across other websites, and we do not use analytics to target you with advertising.
6. Your code
When you book a shakedown, you share your repo with read-only access. We review it to produce your report. We do not publish it, and we treat it as confidential. You may revoke access at any time.
7. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to the same address you used to book, and it will be handled.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The version in force at the time you send an enquiry or book a shakedown applies.
